Wine: The backbone of most wedding bars. We recommend 1 bottle per 2–3 guests for a 4-hour reception. Mix of red, white, and a sparkling for toasts.
Beer: Budget about 2–3 beers per beer-drinking guest. A mix of domestic and something slightly elevated (craft or import).
Spirits: Vodka, rye/whisky, rum, and gin cover 90% of cocktail requests. 1 bottle per 15–20 guests for a basic bar.
